I bring my professional and personal skills and experience to our coaching relationship, where I use a variety of coaching techniques and models to create a supportive, safe, non-judgemental and understanding environment to facilitate personal development and transformation, working closely with you to create effective solutions.

I am a Member of the Association for Coaching (whose Code of Conduct I subscribe to).  I have the Institute of Leadership Level 7 Certificate for Executive & Senior Level Coaches & Mentors, and am a qualified Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner.
